Guidelines for virtual presentations

DEADLINE: THURSDAY JUNE 25th

 

ABSTRACT VIRTUAL REGISTRATIONS:

All delegates whom have registered virtually to the Congress will be require to send a pre-recorded presentation with the following requirements:

  • A video with audio is required

  • A PowerPoint must be created with the template you will download from here https://www.wfmh2022.com/index.php?seccion=scientificArea&subSeccion=templates

  • The duration of the recording must be the one confirmed by the Technical Secretariat via email

  • You must use a program that allows you to share your screen with your PowerPoint and also allows you to appear on camera, for example: Zoom

  • At least one of the presenters must be registered in the Congress

  • The format of the video must be MP4 

  • The recording can be made with a computer or a cellphone

  • The video will be edited with the image of the Congress so it is important to send it in time

 

We remind you that if your registration is VIRTUAL, the recording is mandatory.
