I am serving as the Liaison Officer for Human Rights and Peace Issues at IFMSA for the term 2019/2020, and would also be serving as the President of the Federation of Medical Students in Taiwan in 2020/2021. My working experience in Youth-led organizations have sharpen my skills in diplomacy and constructed my knowledge in Global Health. I would identify myself as a principled but flexible, disciplined but empathetic female leader in a team.
At a personal level, I am a passionate human rights advocate, focusing on topics such as humanitarian action, human rights, democracy and the rule of law, and social equality due to my strong interest in the social determinants of health. I am also a goal-driven self-learner in the field of Artificial Intelligence, as I am fascinated in its potential in accelerating the speed of the human's intellectual and technological progress. For fun, I enjoy music creation, urban dance and watching movies.
