Biography

Christopher Soltysiak studied his Masters of Science degree at postgraduate level at London University and also has previously worked as a researcher, within a local authority and has over twenty five years experience in the NHS. This including being the Head of Planning and Performance and as a business development lead For all contracts at South London and Maudsley Foundation Trust. One of the biggest mental health providers in Europe. More recently he worked in various Associate Director roles in London as a commissioner of services for various organisations specialising on integration, strategy and transformation of services. This including writing the Mental Health Strategy “Better Mental Health” for Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group and the local area, where he also developed a number of mental health services for local people. Chris is also an alumni of Ashridge Business School having completed the Aspiring Directors course and also of the Kings Fund having done their Senior Management Programme.He has studied health economics at the LSE and completed the diploma for NLP to practitioner level for business. His family have a background in Psychiatric health care as nurses and his brother was a mental health user so he is passionate about the subject.
